Received a call from this number regarding a follow up for advertising in AIPOL journal, tried to call back but got advised that the number was for outbound calls only.

Not a good person ,if you call,and not speak at all but instead listening to you saying HELLO HELLO and than hang up without saying one word. Stop calling person and than hang up.

Someone answered but it went to my Blue tooth. I tried to ring back and it went to a voice message saying the phone could not receive incoming calls it could only make outbound calls. Interesting but I wish they wouldn't waste my time.

This number called me and hung up. I returned the call for it to be cut off.
No idea who it was.

just cuts off when you call it back
