Caller: Same recorded message

I've now lost count of the number of times I have received this same call in he last week or so, and each time on a different mobile number - so even blocking the number is no good. Come on all you Aussie phone service providers - you need to get together and figure out a way of closing this loophole - these scammers obviously haven't paid for all the phone numbers they present on (and if they have, then YOU should know who they are) - so YOU need to work harder to stop people from being able to abuse other people's numbers. We have been on the other end of this kind of scam when an irate gentleman phoned our business and demanded to know why we were threatening him with legal action, after he had received a particularly aggressive scam call 'apparently' from our business number.

Your Tax ID has been suspended and a claim registered against your name. BEFORE THIS GOES TO FEDERAL COURT AND YOU ARE ARRESTED - PRESS 1...

Instead of pressing 1, I'm just going to close the curtains so the AFP won't know I'm home when they come knocking on my door.
Second time today on second random mobile number...
