This message is to let you know, that when you have tried to call someone on a optus connection from your optus mobile and their mobile was off or out of reception, even tho you may not have left a message, the new message system does it automatically for you now. An this is a delivery message to let you know that have been advised of your attempts to call.
Hope this helps everyone. U do not get billed for this system its free! I to have recieved this message 4 times I to am with Optus and they don't know what it is either. Each time I recieve it has been a message for my partners phone number his old number and now his new number don't understand ir or where ir is coming from.
I am an optus user to and I get these messages as well . Is someone using our plan to pay for their messages ? Because after receiving this message twice my bill was an additional of 80 bucks what is this !! Help

Hi,can you tell me about this number please.It came to my phone with a message sayingg that the message was delivered and then an authentication code.I am an optus customer,they cant assist.When I call the number the number says its disconnected?
