He was rude and abusive. Demanded to know my financial circumstances because he would decide whether creditor accepted a payment plan. After explaining my expenses he began to tell me that he doesn’t see how I can afford to pay my bills and that I should file for bankruptcy. I explained how depressed I’ve been over my situation and that I felt suicidal and he only became more aggressive. I hung up on him and pulled over to cry. I was shaking. I went home and tried to end my life. All because of this a*hole. Thank God I called lifeline. I have reported him and CCA the co he works for. Please do not end your life because of scum like him. Get help

Called up and abused the receptionist at our company saying we were criminals for what we charge clients. Said he was calling purely to have a go at the person who assisted the person he was calling on behalf of.

Rude straight off the bat when you answer the phone. I would have to agree that he is arrogant and talks to you like your dirt. Definitely not interest in resolving issues and keen to push back to courts.
