scam tried calling back to message bank is full

Getting so sick of these calls! Why do we have a "Do Not Call" register? If you mention that you are on this register and ask them not to call you, you continue to get calls.

Spam call. Call from Australian Institute Research to take a survey whether you are eligible for tax incentives. Australian accent (not Chinese or Indian). I asked the legitimacy of the call and whether they are a govt organisation.... No. Hang Up. I wonder why it is hard for the police to catch these people who are not from overseas, but just inside Australia. It’s hard to pick up calls on mobile these days unless it is a known numbers.

TWICE I have been called by a scammer claiming to be from the Australian Institute of Research - there is no such organisation. When I questioned their credentials both callers abused me.

Missed the call, tried calling back and got "This mailbox is full, please try again later."

I called back the number 0411 792 125 and reached vm that did not mention the company name
