Eugh, it's a scammer

This is a scammer. Steer clear!

This is a guy named "Mike" from "CNECT Business Marketing Solutions" (you can find him on Google), who is actually a web marketer masquerading as a real estate agent. He leaves notes in letterboxes, stating "Hi Please Call Mike 0410 328 742". When you call back, it goes straight to his voicemail. If you leave your name and number for a callback, he calls you back from (03) 9370 1130 and masquerades as a local real estate agent instead. He is trying to trick people into selling their properties. He then tries to get further phone numbers from you of people who may want to sell their properties.
