Waited 7 minutes 14 seconds before being answered by "Natalie from the Switchboard" who insisted on following procedures by refusing to divulge the name of the company. Although the call was not for me, Natalie knew my name so I asked to speak to her Manager who was available at 15 minutes 48 seconds. Cochita, the Manager also refused to divulge the name of the company but they are definitely debt collectors who quote the Privacy Act but are unethical. My numbers are all on the "Do Not Call Register" and as a Disabled Person, I am blocking their number which was 0409 639 392

called my phone early in the morning asking for details I hung up and blocked them they are scammers just keep blocking them
