Caller: number was in a letter from telstra A Telstra letter dated 18th March 2020 indicates Telstra is/has been billing for this number but I only have one mobile number. Could be an old number of mine but I don't have record of this number. Can't get thru to Telstra as the company is overloaded with enquiries. They have recently made changes to accounts unilaterally. I am a senior and need to work this out with someone at Telstra.
