Useless and problematic for myself a d others in blackspot areas...

Annoying, when you live in a mobile Blackspot, and cannot respond. Worse yet if not handled could result in bills being made, which has been the case 4 or more times for not responding, regardless of attendance or adequate 24hr notice to not attend. Even though cleared up and rectified, some of us have SMS capable landline phones, for which I wish the creators would recognise, question and use. For example the VTECH IS6110 series of Landline phone. Adequately Text Capable etc. Seeing as unnecessary bills Have been generated by this system of appointment assurance, I have since DIGITALLY MOBILE BLOCKED it.
