Just had a lady call me from this business. One of the strangest and rudest situations I’ve had in a long time.
The lady basically accused me of sending a message at 6.45pm. I told her there was no need for me to send a message today as I have already had a TV installed. I told her I may have sent one a couple of weeks ago, but not tonight. The lady was rudely telling me I had and then hung up. She decided to call back on the same mobile number. I ignore it. She then called back on a different mobile number. I did answer this call. The lady then continued to badger me saying I’d left a message. I’m confused as to why she even called back the second time and more confused at the third call. Once again she was rude on the final call. And once again hung up on me.
This is the treatment I got and I’ve never had a job done by this business. I’d hate to think what they’re like to deal with if work was done by them.
Extremely strange and very rude. From this experience I’d avoid!
