Caller: Claimed to be Telstra Claimed to be from Telstra, spoke very fast, very hard to understand, wanted to put me on a phone plan double what I am on now. I phoned the number back and heard a message from the owner of the number saying their phone has been hacked and if you receive a call from this number and you do not know the owner, do not call back.
