This is not a feedback site for the company you are talking about. I doubt they will even see your message to reply. I would send a direct letter ( registered post) to the company in question, that is the only way you can be sure contact has been made.

If you still feel the owner is being unfair, go to Office of Fair Trading. That is what they are there for.

I WAS a client but due to the disgusting attitude and behaviour from the Owner she has refused to give us a refund of the full classes and materials.

The classes are boring and not as fun as I expected the classes to be. I also don't understand why her business promotes KINDERMUSIK as number one but also promotes other services? Surely that isn't included in the licence agreement within your company?? It is very confusing as a parent / paying customer to understand what her business really promotes ??? Is it Kindermusik - music and movement or is it something else??? I feel like this business is a " jack of all trades and master of none".

I have spoken to a numerous amount of parents in my local area and there are a lot of parents that are not happy with her services or classes and have tried numerous of times to get in contact with the owner but no response has been made. She either wont reply to emails or wont answer her phone. This is disgusting as a "teacher for children" and if she treats her paying clients like this could you imagine how she treats other people.

I would like someone to get back to me ASAP regarding this matter and would like a refund and an explanation as to why her business is still up and running with the amount of complaints being made to her business.
