This person is offering private rental homes to vulnerable people, he has already scammed a few people out of $1000's. Please don't send any money to a person with this phone number, it is a scam!

THIS SCAMMER HAS BEEN CAUGHT !!! He is Inala Watch house. Matters are being dealt with though by Broadbeach police station. He booked an Airbnb yesterday and the host was suspicious about him having 4 phone numbers. She then looked up the internet stuff about him such as here and my youtube video and contacted me. I then called the police. Rest easy, he wont hurt anyone else now.

Currently the police dont take it seriously enough to track him, nor the media. But the more names that report the better

I meet this man on a dating side and we come friends after a month he asked me for money because he’s account were frozen because he went guarantor for friend for a house but he’s friend never paid his repayment so they froze his account so I lent him 2 k but buy the end of the (friend ship) he owes me 58 k because he told me he had cancer and he needed money to help he’s operation and after that he would black mail me and say if I don’t give him more money I will never see my money he owed me so I just tried to ask him for my money back he’s phone was disconnected so now I have lost everything my home my saving and I’m in debt to my eyeballs and I can’t see a end to this nightmares

Hi this guy scammed us out of $825. I posted on gumtree looking for a rental and i stupidly fell for it. I shouls of searched his number. But now i have bank details. Email address. Mobile number. And we have been to the police and put in a fraud case. Pls if anyone else have dealt with him email me on pennyneedham88 @ gmail.com....we need as many ppl he has scammed to put this bastard away.

This number is a fake and he scams people looking for property's! I was looking for one in south east melbourne and he mentioned my ad on gumtree, he claimed he's name was RYAN and worked interstate and others pulled the pin so he needed bond and 2 weeks rent to get back so then I could inspect it he gave me an address to which I found was 2 more bedrooms then I was told and exceptionally large for the cheap price he mentioned BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY!

Yep! Replied to my gumtree ad about houseshare. Asked me how soon I am looking to move and I asked him to send me more details about what he's offering before I divulge. Then I went and googled his number and found all of these complaints! What a flog. He's texting me in broken English.

Msged me today offering a house in Hobart wanted money in his bank tonight lucky I know that bond goes to service tas tried to tell me that private rentals don't I'm in a private rental now that did so sorry to everyone he has scammed he nearly had me too
