For everybody in Queensland there is a "Notice of Offence" on QBCC website which can be completed against ASB Cre8interiors or whatever name he has used for working without a licence. At least its a start...

as at 16/11/16 Tony answered his phone 0416 114 237 and said he was working in Melbourne.
He does not have a licence to operate in Queensland.

Has anyone got any new details on Tony??? I want to forward them onto the Small Business Commissioner and Department of Fair Trading NSW, ATO and QBCC. We need to shut him down and make him pay back everyone.. If anyone has any information please email me rach_diverse @ bigpond.com

Have you been able to track him down???? I have been to Small Business Commissioners Office, Department of Fair Trading and Mirvac Shopping Centre we need more details as he is no longer at the address listed and he is not answer either of the numbers listed on his ABN.

Would appreciate if you could post his new details so we can stop him doing dodgy work and not paying his tradies. Tony has no building experience and has no idea what he is doing he has jut found a hole in the system and taking advantage of it.

I take that back - I paid him well on time and his contractors are still waiting for payment.

Stand by guys, I have his real address and many many of his information required to take legal action with him.

Let me deal with him first, we shall see, if he doesn't do the right thing, I will be releasing the information to all those interested and have been ripped off by him.
