yeah these people are serial pests but they have been smart enough to work out that people don't ansa landline so they ring from different mobile numbers but if you're like me I don't answer a call unless it's in my contacts and if it's a genuine call they will leave a message
Besides I think debt collection is a wank because unless the amount they are recovering is material it's not worth pursuing it through court

Yeah Debt collectors don't ring from normal phones any more because I know people don't answer them so they use mobile phone numbers instead but if you're like me if you're not in my contact list I don't answer and if it is someone genuine they will leave a message
besides small debts are normally written off because it costs too much to actually take you to court

Debt collectors, making threats and trying to intimidate, a year after an Energy Australia bill dispute was settled. Hang up on them....or ask them what they are wearing...

Yes i got a call from this number..i usually dont answer calls that are not in my contacts. And all debt collection agencys are the same they are rude.

Yes they are annoying. Obviuosly have no listening skills and think low of themselves workong for such a doggy company, as you call them all they say is hello, whete is that professional greeting one should get.

Do as I do, continually ring them and tell them they gutter trash and worth nothing and get life or ring and hang up all day long ... as I am doing now ...

Called my husband in relation to a personal loan he settled years ago through a debt agreement. Part of the agreement was that debt collectors are NOT allowed to harrass him.

Definitely Panthera Finance. They call from many different numbers, this is one of many. I've started blocking the number every time they call from a new one - but it never stops them. They ask for a different name every time they call, and every time I tell them that's not me, no idea who you want, but this is not their number, and hasn't been for at least 2 years. One time I asked them to remove my number from their file for Kylie some-name...they said they would, now I just keep getting calls for other people!

Seriously...I find it hard to believe that dozens of people have at some point had some large debt and ALL owned/used my mobile number.

its true, shifty and they think they are talking to the person they have called, relentless. privacy principles breached 100 times over.

Panthera Finance. They call me often using a different number pretty much everytime. They have me confused with someone else with the same name and birth date. I have explained this over and over again and proved my identity to them however they never listen and sometimes laugh at me. They are incredibly rude and not helpful at all. They even called my parents house and told them that they will keep calling them until they get in contact with me...which i'm pretty sure is harassment.

Panthera .....these people constantly ring me, all hours of the day too! trying to tell me I have a debt with a power company and I owe them money...which I have never held an account with, when I tell them im not giving them any personal details until the can produce an invoice stating the address and account details they always get very abusive with me so I just hang up on them and then block the number they have called on.

Panther debt collectors..these smart cookies trace your call also just to let you all know, very shifty,even when you have a silent number they know the number you are calling from!!! try and you shall see...
Keep blocking them, but every few days they are given new numbers to call you on. this info is true as from a former employee of theirs..
And yes your issue may be resolved but they still want your blood..DO NOT CALL EM BACK YOU WILL GET A EAR FULL OF ABUSE BUT REALLY THEY TRACE THE NUMBER (AS I SAID TRY AND YOU SHALL SEE)

This is Pantha Finance a debt collection agency, they have bought Origin Energy old debts and are now actively chasing them. I had a dispute with Origin Energy in 2011-2012 which went to tribunal. Was put to rest in 2012, and written off by Origin, now Pantha Finance have bought all the written off debts from Origin, this again is threatening my credit rating despite being dealt with by the tribunal.

Just got called by Pantha Finance @ just before 9pm. This is absolutely crazy plus this is a very shifty looking business. Do not fall into their trap.

had a missed call from this number, called them back and they asked if I knew a "lee George" I said no then they asked how long ago I got my number that I was ringing off then I said "a long time ago" then they asked what my name was then I hung up 😳
