He called regarding an advertisement to buy my shoes on Gum Tree. He asked if I am usually alone and if a partner is always with me. He said he is from French and Brazil. Lives in Canberra for the past 3 months. He is a pole dancer and does personal and group class's. He claims to wear women's shoes and lingerie when he dances and he gets a rash when the lingerie is new and he prefers to wear ones that have been washed and worn afew times. He wears size 8-10 lingerie. He repeated that he is a pole dancer to take time up on the phone. Possibility that he may be able to track your address on your phone GPS and prey for young innocent victims. I will be reporting the call to the police to tract down the person who called me.

I posted some pictures of my unwanted dress up items on Gumtree. A man called claiming to be a pole dancer, asking if I had any G-Strings fish nets ect to go with some of my outfits. I felt the conversation wasn’t quite right. Kept talking about his 1 on 1 pole dancing classes & asking odd questions about the fish nets & G-Strings & what sort of extras I had with my outfits. Handcuffs & things like that. My partner mentioned it could be a weirdo so I googled his number. Shocked at what I found. I feel a little sick now. Will report it to Gumtree

Called me 30 mins after posting an add selling new bras on gumtree. Mentioned he owned a pole studio in Melbourne and said he was always looking to buy lingerie for the business. He asked if they were brand new, and asked if I had matching panties, even if they were used it didn’t matter. I was suspicious from the start of the call and from the start was speaking in an assertive way and not answering his questions in the way I wanted, he said he would think about it and hung up. I will be reporting him to crime stoppers after reading all these comments

Had missed call and then messages about buying clothes from gumtree.
after seeing comments here, and previous similar experiences, block, block, blocked..

Be very wary. Tried to engage me in convo as if he had been speaking to me before. He seemed out of it or distracted.

I just received a call from this number. I didn’t answer, as I never answer unknown numbers. I looked it up to see what would come up here and was mortified to read these comments.

Do not call this predator if you are a seller on ebay/gumtree and any sort of second hand goods site, this person is not interested in your shoes and has a hidden agenda.
