Scam this phone call, they will ring from Sydney and Brisbane too, They are either hooked to your pc now from a bad Microsoft Windows Hacked Update site. If you go into Control panel, and click on credential Manager, click on the Windows Crential side, and at the bottom of the page, It is written, "Generic Credentials", If all of this is clear on page, the

But if there is 1 or 2 or even 3, It time to contact Microsoft, & report this Issue, they won't tell it because of the hacked update site, and you might have to go through several Phone Answer Techs, but you get one, that will get inside of your pc n fix it. Microsoft just downloaded a Iso of win8.1 Pro for me, and cleaned the pc out, and then installed my original lickey. So I am very happy, but you do have to do a few days changing passwords.

Also get called from these pests from different no. and is soo annoying.
