Scammer asking about electricity account and discounts, heaps of people in the background. Ringing from an Melbourne number

Spam Indian lady calling re electricity prices.

I have received many calls from this number and other numbers, I picked up and it was someone trying to give me a discount in my electricity bill but I am only a kid and don't even own a house!!

Ffs piss off its 7.45 pm scammers!

Scam - Electricity - appears trying to obtain your ID requesting documents for proof.

Scammers. They also tried to deny that it was an unsolicited sales call. Dirty liars.

Exploratory call to make sure mobile # is active. I am on the no call list so clearly not doing their homework

Someone called with Indian accent about my electricity. I asked why they were calling my mobile & where they got it from? As soon as I asked that I got "ok then, thank you" & hung up. Little scammer f#cks!

Scam caller for Electricity accounts they don't have your address, just name and number. They also use similar numbers ending 2193, 3208, 3205

Noisy call center - think it was electricity . Typical IP lag of 3 seconds means its from OS

calls every 20 to 40 mins

Tried to keep them on the line as long as possible and sell them cheap phone calls. Took 20 minutes for them to hang up on me. Loved it

SCAM ALERT...
I got a call from (03) 9999 2190 (Victoria number).. They were offering me 38% discount on electricity bills if I keep paying my bills on time (!).. They confirmed that I am paying my bills on time any ways so its not a problem (yes, I am that stupid that I am paying Vic electricity bills while residing in NSW!)..
Any way.. he continued.. there are only 2 criteria to get 38% discount - I should be over 18 years and local VIC resident. to confirm my age they asked my birthday! Then asked some government document (i.e., license) for proof of my address!

The guy was so well presented that if you are not cautious you can get trapped easily..

Be careful..
