I rang back and the number was engaged. A Google search found one person who said it it was Getup wanting money....

This is a call centre connected with Queensland University marketing course.Originally got our numbers via a project for the federal Liberal party!Thereby usurping the privacy and do not call laws.They have kept our numbers and continue to call and continue to usurpe our privacy because of the hole in our law about non profit,charities being the only ones being able to call us.I have no private info with google or Microsoft and got myself a iPhone instead of a android phone and use the Duck duck go non tracking browser and now with the iPhone having the non cross link tracking function as well I get no more advertisers call centre calls only this one I will now block this number which is their Melbourne number and when they call from their Sydney and Queensland office and that will fix that because they don’t keep changing their number.The main agency that is used for marketers from every where that use all and any numbers is Q&R in Sydney and the only way to stop it is to send them a request in writing via email mentioning who called and then they stop.
