Called on a dodgy quality phone line claiming to be Optus however on this occasion they rang my wife who isn't the primary phone number on our accounts I have blocked this number

Claims to be from Optus. Tells me from next billing cycle I get unlimited calls and texts. I have already had this pack for years. Then asked me how much I spend a month. Total scam and Hung up.

Optus scam call. Knew my name but got frustrated with me when I wouldn't tell him my last bill amount. He said my monthly fee was being reduced to $35 and I was getting a new phone. I've had this kind of call from Optus directly and it does not go along like this one!! Do not give out any information!! Anyone calling from Optus should be able to identify themselves and your details, not ask.

Scam pretending to be optus, asked how much i was paying on my bill which they should know.
Requested their Optus ID number and they couldn't give it to me and hung up on me.

Funny enough I just applied for a job with optus and now the sales people are calling me what the hell is wrong with this company ?

Like others, claimed to be from Optus, then asked how much I'm spending with them! I don't believe it's from Optus.

I have this number calling me up to four times/day - I answer and there is silence and then an automated voice recording says "goodbye". Calls go for 2-5 seconds

Looks a scam, no one speaks from the other side, and then is disconnected.

Have had several missed calls. No message.

Optus sales calls. Keeps calling, every day , even when you ask them to stop. Annoying.

Same deal said they were Optus when I said we are with Optus so you know how much we are paying. "Oh no we are Optus sales we dont have that. Yeah right is that the Optus sales I dealt with last month for my new phones and contract
