Caller: EBG Solar systems at no cost through a government program, doesn't get more legit than that, guy was very polite and gave me the info and moved on to his next call.

I have had this number ring me constantly over the last month. I always ignore it and they never leave a voice mail. I don't call the number back but you would think that they get the hint and just stop calling.
