Caller: Guide Dogs Victoria

I never answer calls if I don't know the number; instead, I called them and it was a recorded message. As soon as I heard "Guide Dogs Victoria" I hung up. I bought raffle tickets from them over a year ago and now they call incessantly, despite me telling them at the time I did not want to receive any calls - they assured me I wouldn't. I have blocked their number.
