Seemingly it’s Lumo energy trying to regain my custom. If there’s one thing that is more annoying than hidden numbers, it’s call centres which call you & instantly put you on hold with their advertising &/or music. Hung up within seconds.

On the mobile phone for 4 hours Disgraceful. Want to correct a billing mistake by Lumo Energy.Tried by e-Mail. Too cofusing. Wouldn’t let me into the site. Very poor form. Very frustrating. Need Help.!!!

Caller: Lumo They rang, I was on hold with crappy music for about ten seconds and then it disconnected. I'm calling this a robocall as I didn't get to speak to a human, despite them calling me.

Caller: Lumo Been with this company for many years and our latest account extravagant so called them to advise that we had been absent from property for several weeks where usage charges of $230 occurred . I checked meter and it is turning over without using any gas… they now want us to pay $297 to have someone they choose to get meter checked … time to change provider!

If you get these calls, cancel your service with LUMO to let them know that you won't deal with companies that engage in these shady practices.

Caller: Lumo Very hard to understand, took 40 minutes! of "I'll have to check with my manager" here's a tip, train your staff everything about your company so they don't have to keep checking with an imaginary manager

It’s Lumo.. they have the nerve to call after disconnecting due to being the most expensive gas and electricity provider in South Australia. The absolute nerve the fact they keep your number and give it out freely to subcontracted companies to basically harass you to go back with them
They have the nerve to buy Teslas and put them in shopping centres asking customers to sign up and they can win.. how about lower your crazy high energy costs. Never go with Lumo
