I have been called me at least twice from this number. The person was looking for someone I don't know. He would not say who he was representing and why he was calling me. I think this must be a debt collection agency, private investigator, or something equally as suspicious.

I think this is a call centre. No message is ever left & always rings outside of normal business hours.
