Market research. I asked to be taken off the list. The guy replied with "you're not on a list, but yeah" and hung up on me! Rude and annoying. Just answer & tell them not to ring anymore.

Phoned on a Sunday morning at 9.15. What a cheek!

If its a telemarketer etc, before they can tell me what they want, I always ask them to hold on, then I put the phone down and leave it for a while, when I come back they have usually hung up. Or else I put the phone near the radio or t v, if they are on, that gets rid of them also. and I hope that this waste of their time and phone calls.

Some market research company. Called me at 7pm, i then told them i was cooking and that it was a bad time. The girl then gave me so much sass and hung up

I had a call at 5.45pm and he sounded very business like and Australian. Stated he was conducting a survey about OH&S in the work place for the Victorian government and wanted to speak with someone over 18 in the work force. I stated only I was home and had not worked for 4yrs so he very nicely said he would ring another time to catch someone else at home.

They call my 4g modem number so I never get the opportunity to listen to them nor talk to them...they're wasting their own time, not mine (except for the time it takes me to delete the little notice that my dongle's been called - all of 3 seconds !)

Have been called on two separate occasions now from this number. Both times they said they were from iView (or was it Freeview?).
First time said they wanted to some market research and I said no thanks. This time when said who they were I said no thanks straight away and hung up.

They called me at 8.00 pm on the landline. I don’t usually answer numbers I don’t know. Then, I thought about a new way, I pick up the phone and don’t say a word, and see who will be annoyed at the end. And then I put their number on silent since my block option is full. If you answer the phone and be rude to them,they will keep annoying you and if you don’t answer, they will keep ringing anyway, so I found this way is the best, they will give up in the end

Block them on your phone. They will call early morning and late at night. Telemarketers.

Same and I love the S8 for doing this ...

Keep ringing and hang up before we answer don't leave a message when answerphone activated so guess it is a cold caller selling something, getting to be a nuisance.

Same issue Sunday 15th October. Number is blocked now.
