call me with all diffrent number telemarketing

Some lady called me saying she was from some energy thing and wanted to compare my rates. I said sorry I’m busy can’t right now. And then she hangs up

i received a call from the number but there was no response

I called back number (03) 9917 3126 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
