Received a call today 28/4/2019 - Click energy. Left them due to poor and overpriced services. No message left - would recommend any other energy provider apart from this so called energy retailer.

This number rang and left no message. Saw other comments on this site and have assumed it probably was Click Energy, as I have just cancelled my account with them. Grossly overpriced now, even with their sneaky way of passing on a discount.

Caller: Click energy Took me a ridiculous amount of time for a refund of an overpayment. The issue arose from me paying the bill too promptly for them to allocate discount. Took over a month to obtain refund after many frustrating calls and no attempt at rectifying my obvious frustration. Would not recommend to anyone. Disgusting customer service.

Possibly Click Energy, have recently cancelled with them due to their increased prices now making them non-competitive. I read that they were bought by Amaysim/Optus so that may be why.

Caller: Click energy Gas and electricity 'service providers' whose 'services I cancelled months ago due to - failure to follow instructions, direct lies, non competitive pricing. It appears impossible to cancel their services. I haven't lived at the address they claim to provide me services for six months. Impossible to deal with. Note anyone who has services with them DO NOT PAY VIA THEIR WEBSITE - not sure if scam website or inefficiency. Luckily I don't give bank direct debit authorisation.

Possibly Click Energy, have recently cancelled due to non-competitive prices. Have received numerous calls and no message left. Although the last call left a message with the distinct sound of a deep (man’s) voice grumbling?! Will be screening all calls from that number now.

I cancelled my gas service with Click Energy last month. So they rang, but hung up immediately when I answered. Probably a customer retention team who rang, but that is a perfect example of lack of customer service for hanging up. They never rang me back.
