These people are not a con. The reason they don't give the business name is because they are outsourced to help with technical difficulties. I had an issue with my Optus internet and it was Optus who transferred me to these people. When i asked the operator the business name he said Jack B (http://jackb.com.au/) but because the call was put through Optus then they're known as Optus Premium Home Support.

They called me 4 times and hung up but on the 5th call I grabbed it. It is d*ck Smith or to be more precise the delivery and technical side Clever d*ck

Just missed the call, rang back straight away. Service does not take message just says call 1300 number on your most recent correspondence with us. Some sort of con job going on here because any reputable business would identify themselves.

Same issue as Matt, get calls from this number but when I call back it doesn't tell me what business it is

They keep calling and not leaving a message. When I call, it doesn't say what the business is.
