I called back the number (03) 9912 4865 but the call didn't go through

Apparantly from the US, Rings from various numbers. Somehow can call from these numbers which do not belong to them.

This from the same caller with the last 2 digits being different - most annoying.

Very insistent Indian sounding person trying to get me involved in a trading scheme. Got rude when I said I was going to hang up and said I ask for the call, but would not tell me where They got my number
