Caller: Telstra

It's not a scam, it's their online order team. I placed an order and they called me and provided all the correct info relating to my order before I gave them any of my details. Also during the call they mentioned other numbers I have with them so definitely legit.

This is a scam. Telstra confirmed it wasn’t them. I was messaging with Telstra via the app and in that time I got the call from this number. Indian lady saying it’s about my order (I didn’t place an order few days before) somehow they intercepted my message with Telstra and contacted me pretending to me Telstra. The red flag was the inconsistency plus a male voice in the background called casually about something and then the lady sshhh him. And then that was a bye for me. Telstra did confirm it wasn’t them. Please hang up.

Indian guy rang from this number claiming to be from Telstra about my service order missing information. Did all the Telstra this call will be monitored stuff and then asked me how many dependents i have?? claiming TCP law had been passed and all Telcos need to provide this information! hung up and reported to Telstra.

Received call from "Telstra" requesting personal information, did not provide any details, called Telstra to confirm the number and they said it was not Tesltra that called me.

Said i put an order when which i havent, and just keeps leaving messages. have spoken to telstra and they said its a scam.

I missed a few calls from this number but always got a follow up email from Telstra Digital Support Team about an order that was in progress.

Had correct Telstra plan order date, asked for date of birth and last name to confirm my identity, gave me my driver's licence number and asked me to confirm. Suspicious so contacted Telstra afterwards and they confirmed call not an official Telstra number. Can't call it back. Reported to scam watch. Worried about fallout. Hate this aspect of modern society!

They left a short message to say they’d call back or I can email them with a preferred time - RE an online plan sign up

I recently signed up with Boost and got same calls. Noticed the Boost email address is .telstrashop.com.au. Wish they would say they are from Boost to save trouble. I eventually rang Boost and got oput through to Telstra department.

I have missed call multiple times, they wont leave a VM, so i assume its marketing or sales..

Rang and said they were calling from telstra for an online order I have placed - which I have not. Wanted me to verify my personal information which I wouldnt and told them not to call me again as they have called 3 times a day for the past week! I tried calling them back and call wouldnt go through.

I called back number (03) 9911 4000 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
