I rang back the number (03) 9796 8065 once but got disconnected

Keep calling my phone, but hang up when I answer, try to call back but to no avail.

Said she was from 'National Wealth Promotions'. Some sort of scam, I'm sure - wealth for whom?

Getting 2-3 calls a day. I don't pick up. Cuts out when you ring back.

Caller: Claim to be Federal Tax Incentive but are a scam

They have rung twice claiming to be from Federal Tax Incentive but want details from you that anybody involved with the ATO would actually have access to.
Also when I tried to call back the number just five minutes later I just get a Telstra message "the phone number you have called is not connected"

was called today by this number after 17 seconds they hang up must be a scam..

Middle aged lady with English accent called saying it wasn't a sales call (red flag immediately there!) wanting to talk about saving for retirement. Hung up on her. Called the number back and it wouldn't connect. SCAM written all over this.

I tried to call back this time and got the message Optus advises the number you have called is disconnected. They have been ringing all day. 😂

This number called my mobile phone 7 times in 4 hours. I tried to call back and the message was the number wasn’t in service? Obviously some scam from overseas using a pretend Australian number,

Missed call earlier. I answered the second call. It was someone asking if I was a homeowner under the age of 55 and they were wanting to know if I was eligible for a government rebate.

Started the call saying he isn’t selling anything then started to talk about morgages

Rang and hung up !!
