This is a terrible company, i have made booking at 10am this morning with Paul, and i waited for 1 hour havnt seen he come yet. I rang the company and asked for reason, reception told me that he is running late and he will be here 1pm!! I said why i havnt be informed and waster my time wait here for nothing!! Reception said because Paul is not in the office and they wont know. This is Bull sh*t!!!!! So not reliable!!!!! Do you think i should come 1pm and wait again????? I dont think anyone should trust this company if they treat their customer like this!!!!!
