Caller: Couldn't get thru no matter what option I used

I brought a disabled client to your Altona North cinema and as a result of needing to create an account and your hopeless website, we missed the movie despite arriving 30 minutes prior to it starting. Your staff are lovely and extremely helpful but they could not help. I had to create a new account in order to use her companion card. But whilst on your website, I got continual error messages at the format of the zip code, my email address, password confirmation and yet these details were entered correctly. I tried creating an account over 6 times and so did my client. Tried calling your HO, select accounts option 2 and that line is always engaged. Tried option 0, after 2 rings I was greeted by an automated message saying "the user's mailbox is not available at this time". I need to speak with someone from your Customer Service. This is not good enough, my client was very disappointed at missing her movie.

I love the workers and cinema in Melton. The only problem is, you advertise movies that are not being played now. So I have to go through the whole list just to see what is on here. That lists is has 5 extra movies that have not even started. So what I am asking, Just show us the week before that new movie starts. Thank you for reading this letter. I also do mean the staff here are well mannered,happy,smiling and good service people
