Called about 8.20pm. Hangs up as soon as I pick up. Called it back and got a recorded message that the number is disconnected and to check the number and try again.
Had a slightly different 03 (Melb) number call a few days ago, same outcome.

Someone from this number has called 3 times. The caller hangs up when I answer. When I did a number search it comes up as State Trustee. I called them and they said the number has be deactivated. All calls have been at about 8.00 at night.
