ASian male voice supposedly from Telstra Technical Department. Hung up.

A male voice with an Asian accent answered. After asking 'How are you today', he said he was from Telstra Technical Department to which I replied that he was not from Telstra as Telstra does not just ring me up. I then hung up. I've recognized this voice on numerous occasions when receiving exactly the same call with the same wording.
