Caller: male, Indian accent Call is from Clayton Victoria. I know people in Clayton. The other day, I became really worried when I missed their call. Called back, cant be contacted... They called me today, Polite greeting, would offer me 33% discount with my power bills ... I apologised and hang up

Didn't answer call, & no message left. I called straight back after turning off my caller ID. Made 10 calls one after the other call gets cut off.
