Only call people that CALL YOU FIRST.

Do you have any idea how much time I waste having to contact and make requests not to be contacted? Do you not see the how counter productive this is? Any company that calls me out of the blue, will only hear my tone dial, then they go on MY "never contact these people" list. This list is shared by my rather large family. It is our way of supporting the companies that DO NOT HARASS THE PUBLIC. Referred or not.

The bottom line is.....

The actual person you are calling has not given you their permission to contact them.

Hi Cathy,
Tiff is again trying to contact you to let you know everything was finalized by IOOF on the 30/07/2015. You should have had the funds you desire before you posted on the 01/08/2015 and now we are worried that you may not have them or do not know you have them. Please get in contact with Tiff and return her call so she can confirm you are all taken care of. Her number (direct) is (03) 9533 8555 ext. 204. I am hoping this will reach you as we have not been able to reach you via phone for over a week now.
Thank you Chrystal

Received call from this number today at 5.15pm, didn't answer call, as didn't recognise number. Googled to see what company number related to, found to be National Sterling. Have no connection to this company. So called beck, by this time it's 5.25, and the office is closed, in fact it closes at 5pm!!!! So why did l receive a call, and who referred me. Maybe both should be reported!

Hi Cathy,
Tiffany has not received another phone call from you. She has also tried to contact you twice to give you an update with no return call. We believe that IOOF is at the tail end of releasing your super. As explained to you this is not something we have any control over unfortunately.
Please call Tiffany back so she can give you an update. Posting online that you are dissatisfied and upset with our service when all we have tried to do is help you access your super is unfair and it is now getting to a point where you are being unreasonable and unnecessarily negative towards our company and services. We are more than happy to continue to help you dealing with IOOF but if there is no real and formal complaint to be made I have to ask you to please be considerate of what you are posting and to cease and desist with the unnecessary negativity.
As a consumer there are many avenues you can take your complaint to, if it is a true and legitimate complaint, and some of these are external to us for example the Credit and Investment Odbudsman (CIO). If you are truly unhappy with the way we have dealt with this matter and have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with myself or another staff member than this is the best and most appropriate place to go.
Kind Regards,
Chrystal Evans

Hello again Chrystal . We did speak last week and as your company records your calls for training purpose I suggest you re listen to them as Alice was in my opinion not only unprofessional in not returning my calls but rude to me also.. and as such I was annoyed enough to have taken the unusual step to actually with draw my super from your company& post my displeasure . at the service I had received onto this site. furthermore I did make a point of not mentioning Tiffany in my post as she had been the only person who had not only promptly returned my calls, but shown me empathy regards the run around I had gotten from Alice .and yes I did speak with ioof and they have been very professional in their dealings with me and I have no complaints what so ever as to their integrity ,and the level of care of my funds and I fully believe them as to when they received my information from national sterling. and in future I would have no problems referring ioof to family and friends however I cannot say I would feel the same about referring national sterling .

Hi Cathy, This is Chrystal. We spoke last week. I am unsure why you have posted here to this site. Your work is 100% being dealt with by Tiffany and myself and as discussed last week there is nothing we can do (more than we have already done) to get IOOF to release your super funds. I do not believe that Alice was rude to you and as I explained to you last week she helped you as much as she could - as you know the release was held up by your age and then not returning the appropriate forms until last Tuesday. Now that you have reached preservation age and returned the forms to us Tiffany has put everything on 'urgent' with IOOF. They have stated 5-10 business days for the release as they need to sell down you superannuation investment assets. Fingers crossed you will see your money this week or at worst next week. We are doing all that we can. Please pick up the phone and call Tiff if you have any further questions, her direct number is (03) 9533 8555 ext. 204. Regards,
Chrystal

if above people are complaining of excess calls they are lucky its only now that new staff have been appointed that as a customer of n/sterling I have been able to receive any feed back.still struggling both with them and ioof to get my super pay out..its like scratched disc since I spoke to first girl(alice) pay out as soon as we get paperwork back..then 10 days each call results in an answer of 10 days when I asked if I was to receive the extra intrest on the original amount quoted to me the reply from supervisor yes u chrystal was "no figure was quoted" sorry but it was as as you record calls im sure you could check and ps your not the only people who can record ph conversations bye for now ex customer

Hi, I understand that you may lead a busy life however without removing you from our list of prospective clients our hands are tied. If you don't have the time to call though I suggest emailing me on chrystale @ nationalsterling.com.au

All I need is your name and phone number.

I have been receiving calls from this number for months. I never answer it and never will! If it was that important they would leave a message but never do. Adding to my block list!

Chrystal - you're quite right in that these calls appear to be one way you conduct legitimate business. If you're fair dinkum about the power of online, though, you need to listen to what people are telling you. This isn't about what you do, it's about the way you are doing it.

Perhaps you should draw the line at three calls? From a referral conversion perspective, where is your point of diminishing return anyway? Think of all that wasted effort you could spend improving lead quality instead if focusing on spuds like us!

Hi Again I just want to address these posts. There is no scam here and if we do keep calling you it is because you have been referred to us by one of our business partners or a friend/family member. We are 100% referral based and do not cold call. You would have received a letter detailing this and this letter would have explained who we are and what we do. If you would like this letter re-sent this is a very easy action, just request a copy.
Personally I have been with National Sterling for 11 years and I can tell you that we operate legitimately under ASIC and other governing regulations, and have had for over 15 years. We have a website where you can make contact with us if you do not wish to call and you can also check our company profile, staff profiles and business licences and accreditations etc. There are also details on how to make a complaint if that is what is required.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback but also find it hindering to our business and philosophy as we cannot help to update your preferences without you requesting it and providing sufficient information. Again the best thing to do at this point is to ask to be removed from our call list. You can contact me (03) 9533 8555 to update your preferences or alternatively you can email me via the website Contact Us tab or on chrystale @ nationalsterling.com.au
It does not act in our best interest (or in yours) if you do not update your preferences to Do Not Call as your number may continue to be referred to us by other sources and we may well continue to call you!

You clearly ARE a scam, calling people with hidden numbers on no call lists.

You clearly DO cold call as people unrelated to your scam are still being called.

Hi Maddy,

Like I mentioned below to Courtney, I am the Operations Manager for the National Sterling Group. Up until now we haven't been very active on the web in terms of promoting ourselves as we mostly work with referral partners or personal referrals from our clients however we have recently started to consider the impact of internet based reviews and comments and would like to contact you to discuss your concerns if possible.

I can assure you we are not a 'scam' and I have personally been working for National Sterling for just over 10 years.

I know this comment was left some time ago now however as mentioned we have only really started to look for comment, reviews and interactions on the web recently (not placing much though on it previously).

If we were/are trying to contact you there would be a reason for this. We do not do 'cold calling' like telemarketers so there would be some sort of link or referral between us and you. If you wish not to be contacted we can also place you on our 'Do No Call' register however you would need to request this and as you have not left a last name I cannot do this for you without more information.

Please feel free to call me on the general number (03) 9533 8555 or directly by dialling extension 500 when prompted.

Kind Regards,
Chrystal
