Lumo Called me today (i am with Lumo) - I Asked what is this phonecall about but he (non Australian) wouldn't tell me until he gave me the usual " this phone call will be recorded for training purposes..... etc" I said NO NO NO NO tell me what this call is about!!! he said he cant -so I said the phonecall is over and hung up.

Was a long time customer then they upped my electricity by 23% in one hit. Didn't want to negotiate when I contacted them so I found a cheaper supplier. When the change went through they started calling and text messaging. Two calls each afternoon for a week. Never answered just blocked the number on my mobile.

Lumo energy. My wife had an account with lumo after 6 mounths we transferred her account to my name. She got 6 bills after transfered her account to my name and I've got too. We sent lots email and called many time. They didn't refund our money. I switched with cheaper company but lumo customer service called me please stay with us we will promise and we'll give you best discount. After 3 months I've got $750 bill just for electricity. That was horrible coz we are just 2 person and we leave our house 5 am and we will back 6 or 7 pm. That is huge amount for us. Lumo is dogy company. Do not believe their discount

Me too. Infuriating. I just got a bill via email today, paid it immediately, and they call me with hold music - no greeting at all.

This company is out of control. I am a real estate agent and Lumo are trying to get the name and number of buyer for a house they currently service. Obviously trying to keep the business. They have told the existing customer that it will take a week to close the account so the buyer is better off staying with Lumo. Unbelievable bullying tactics!! Can't believe they can even get away with trying tactics like this.

We jumped ship from Lumo as soon as our contract was up due to them ripping us off several hundred dollars for reconnecting our old property while moving house, so we could clean. The error was on their behalf, they wouldn't budge even though they made the mistake. As soon as that contract was up, we left.

They've been harassing my mobile with half a dozen calls and emails per day since we went to another provider.

Said it’s being recorded, daid from m Lumo and to confirm my details, I replied I’m recording you, if you are from Lumo you will know I’m already a customer and you called me so I’m not verifying my details, Indian sounding lady said I have important info for you if you confirm your details, said I wouldn’t and repeated again prev statement, she became v rude and agitated

Had this number on auto reject for ages yet they still try. Idiots. Currently a Lumo customer but now getting a new supplier out of spite. You would think they should know better than trying to sell to existing customers. A lost customer Lumo due to your own ignorance

Obviously an automatic dialler, put me on hold for a few seconds then someone in a call centre breathed heavily on the phone and ignored me before they hung up.

Was with Lumo for years. Switched to another service with better deals and Lumo started calling constantly. Can't take a hint. Had to blacklist them, sadly.

I was working and he keep asking what is your rate of electricity bill? Who the hell will have electricity with you all the time. I told him I am busy call me back later. He just keep asking WHAT TIME? WHAT TIME? WHAT TIME? I just handed out for him. It just reach the point doesn't need to be polite anymore.

Since I left LUMO because they couldn't compete with an alternative supplier they keep calling my mobile and hanging up. Sometimes twice times a day.
