Same here - cancelled BUPA and they came after me again and again. Pity their health cover wasn't as good as their pursuit of ex-customers

I did not request to cancel my policy and yet I started receiving these calls and texts. When I contacted BUPA they said it was not a legitimate BUPA phone number for either the texts or the calls.....

Bupa customer service, they don,t like people dropping out of private health ins even tho i have printed off their forms ,filled them in and mailed them at their request. They are like a dog with a bone ,they just don,y want to give up

Having just cancelled my BUPA policy and transferred to another fund with better benefits and lower premiums I am now receiving calls from this number. So far there has just been silence when I answer. Will now block the number.

This is a number that claims to be from BUPA however after contact the 1300 on BUPA website it is definitely not them. Do not given information.

I have changed to another provider and am now feeling quite harassed by Bupa, I changed because I am getting a slightly better coverage from the new Provider at a more reasonable rate, have already paid and made the change and Bupa keeps contacting me saying I have 28 days to change my mind, well that's almost up and they have 14 days to get the transfer information over to the new Provider or they are breaking the law, they only have three days left.

Same for me. Changed providers because BUPA offer fewer services for more money. I was also warned to expect many calls. I didn't expect 2-3 a day, every day for 2 weeks now/ Crazy.

BUPA calling to retain after we changed providers. Been calling multiple times per day for over a week.

Was warned when we changed that they aggressively pursue clients who leave.
