Caller: Spotlight Spotlight responding to my online enquiry. Called three times over the last 3 days. 1st call hung up before I could answer, literally 1 ring. 2nd call just background noise and no one speaking. 3rd call some one there, they muttered a few unintelligible words and hung up. Why call if they don't actually want to speak to you?

Caller: Spotlight Reaches out for a home measure and quote, they let the call ring once then hangs up, then texts me to call them back. Very annoying.
Let me answer the call and maybe I'll actually use your service.
