Please do not use this service...it has been two years and I am still waiting for titles to be transferred in our names over 2 years. Joel is incompetent, unprofessional, rude and does not respond to calls, emails, texts or any other form of communication. I am still stressed and if I knew where his premises was situated he'd have a piece of me. You are better off paying $800-1000 to avoid clean up of solicitors and costly bills. Just look at all the other hundreds of reviews posted I urge you to avoid altogether. There is no fixed address otherwise I would get " A Current Affair" on to him. Also he has changed company three times since I used this awful service. I have lost so much money and time how does he operate disappointing so many clients...I would be ashamed and accountable!

Hi he is in Carlton near the vic roads. I have been to his office but can only find it physically by memory now. He is dodgy!! Do not use his service. He failed to pay water rates upon settlement. And get worse, 2 years later our block of land stil hasn't even be transferred across. I ended up going through another lawyer to sort it out. I suspect he makes these mistakes intentionally and keeps monies. He is atrocious!

I left a message for this clown more than two days ago, and despite a 'phone message saying he'd be back to me within 48 hours, nothing yet. I suppose there is no requirement to get back if he's been deregistered?? It was only for a Section 32 Statement, and I can do that myself, so no loss. After reading this, I won't be dealing with him again.

do not use this guy under any circumstances. I have been a conveyancer for 10 years. Recently I have dealt with him, he was acting for the vendor and I the purchaser. What a rude, arrogant man with no experience. Had no understanding of working together for clients and certainly is shifty.

Hi, I am using urban edge conveyancng at the moment. Joel is quiet rude and i think incompetent too. dont know if i should just change him and contact another conveyancer. I dont want to pay converyancer fee twice.

You are lucky you did not use him for your conveyancing he is incompetent and untrustworthy and will seriously damage your mental health trying to fix the job you have paid him to do.As for a receipt or breakdown of disbursements at settlement forget it.How do these people get away with not complying with Australian Consumer Law?
