Caller: SCAM : claiming to be ARL on behalf of PAYPAl The scam here is, they will claim you have an overdrawn paypal account, then they will send you an email which is a phising email so you log into it and hand over your login and password details. Its very easy for these people to target persons with their emails and phone numbers advertised as they can provide this information back to you to sound legitimate.

Caller: Arl collections Several texts claiming to represent pay PAL. Also 4 phone calls, first 2 hung up when answered I Returned calls, and spoke to a woman who would not disclose who arl were, what they did or what the intentions of there call were. She wanted "for privacy and confidentially" my full name, not accepting first / last name, my email address, confirm phone number, driver's licence details. When I refused on the basis my protecting my own privacy, was told o can't legally refuse. I requested a link to their business be sent so I can investigate further which was never sent

Caller: ARL Rang my mobile, looking for my wife and claiming they are returning a call. Immediately sounded illogical. Asked for my wife to ring them back, would only give first name and not say where they are from, only that it is a private matter. Based on that, I said I can't help them. Googled number and came up as ARL, who claim to be a debt collection agency for PayPal. They are not. It is also almost impossible to have a debt with Paypal, as it ONLY performs transactions with a valid credit card. If there is ever an issue, PayPal emails you directly.
