said he was from yellow pages, would not answer questions, tried to push software, abrupt, and hungup in my ear, obviously didn’t like my questions. Scammer???

Female said she was calling for Coles Financial Services. She said my name. I have a Coles account, so that caught my attention. She asked me to state the first four letters of my email address to verify my details. I said, "tell me what this is about and if I am interested you can send a verification code to the email address you have on file for me." She immediately ended the call.
