Anyone who was scammed by LTC Services please contact the Queensland CCC and file a witness statement. It is going to court and the courts in all likelyhood will order restitution. Contact a Detective Justin Suffolk at the Qld CCC on (07) 3360 6060
Contact the CCC or you may miss out.
You could google "operation unwind" or go to http://www.ccc.qld.gov.au/crime/results/case-studies/operation-unwind
for more information.
Do not let these people get away with the multiple scams they ran over a decade.

I have had a negative experience with LTC and have reported them to the ACCC, they claim to conform to prospectus requirements, once you have paid your money. they inform you that you have to become a professional gambler in order to increase your bets, what they don't tell you is that, the bookies have the right to refuse your bets if they suspect that you are arbitrage betting which is what it is. I am not a gambler and was told this was trading and was horrified after i paid them the money. You have to be extremely quick with operating your computer. Book makers on line can cancel your account at any time they like, the more this happens the less opportunities you have and the more you are restricted. If you want your Id plastered all over the world (photos passports drivers license have to be provided each time you open a book makers account, which you re not told). There are many different rules that apply to many bookies, they can refuse payment and they can limit your bets to not make it worth your while, you have to saty up late in order to place bets overseas, it does your head in. My advice is keep away from it.

I have had the LTC experience and would like to get in contact with others who have. Either good or bad, although I doubt that there are any who have had a good experience with LTC Services. They promise a lot in their marketing and produce very little. There phones have now been disconnected and they don't respond to email requests for support, do they are uncontactable. My email is wans @ dodo.com.au for anyone who would like to discuss options regarding LTC going forward

I have had the LTC experience and now find that the phones have been disconnected and they aren't providing support. The software doesn't produce anything like what they market. And the new "upgrade" recently offered to replace the old software which apparently couldn't be fixed is, it's hard to believe, worse than the origional. I'd be very interested in anyone who has had an experience with LTC, good or bad, contacting me to discuss experiences and options available to us. My email is wans @ dodo.com.au

my experience with LTC services is exactly the same however I haven't gone the extra step to try to get a refund through the courts. They have now disconnected their phones and say that support will still be available by email. My attempts to contact them over the past few days have been unsuccessful, so I'm assuming that pulled up stumps and gone. I suspect that LTC will not be a problem to any further users however to those of us who have paid I suspect we have done our money and will have nothing to show for it

I agree with this complaint. I have been burnt by LTC services and would like to know which governing body in Oz deals with this unconscionable conduct and false and misleading information given both verbally and written. These guys are bad news and refuse to return any of my calls. No manager is ever around even after over 20 different attempts. The way they are behaving acts as if they are a scam and hence are avoiding my calls. The Australian public need to be protected from these predators. How can companies like this get away with ripping people off. We need the government to protect us and help us bring these people to justice. Please can anyone help me?
