Caller: Says telstra

Called to say plan out of date - rang actual Telstra number this is a scam

Received multiple calls from this number - claiming to be Telstra and offering cheaper home phone deal. Checked with Telstra and they had no record and advised likely to be a scam

I called back the number (03) 9131 0755 and reached vm that said I reached Telstra

I called back the number (03) 9131 0755 and spoke with a lady that said I reached Telstra

Said it was Telstra, didnt have a record of my previous call, Indian lady, very poor line, sounded very sus.

Said she was from Telstra and that I’d been over charged for a modem number since September last year and wanted to do s deal on the numbers I have but when I pressed her about getting a refund for being overcharged she said she’d call me back ..... still waiting
