paypal scammer, do not call, sharing unsolicited paypal invoices

Answered and the gentlemen said he was from Utility Hub trying to offer me a discount on electricity and gas for an address I lived at more than 10 years ago

I rdxeived an email from
paypal regarding a purchase with this number on the bottom
of the very legitmate looking email .. called asnd was told
they are paypal but I asked what department and he hung up
on me

This it the return phone number for a PAYPAL Invoice SCAM which they send claiming you owe tjhem money for something you never bought / they never supplied. Safe to ignore it ALL.
Wish there was some way of telling them to 'F-OFF" without have them SPAM forever :-)

Answer call but no sound, i says "hello" then it cut me off. Probably just to test if the phone number have owner or not.

No info tells me it's a scam number.

I called back number (03) 9114 7892 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
