Calls daily but calls go to my broadband dongle. Why cant telecom authorities stop these daily spammers.

Not spam exactly, I am an Optus customer, but a horrible IP call from Mumbai, being bombarded with questions and offers was all a bit much and eventually I told him to make the offer in writing via email and he rang off.

Thay ring me ever day so I wish that would just stop
