Arrogant bloody woman, asian accent, calling from Dodo again, 30 minutes after the last call from a different number. I have never been with Dodo? She got short changed, and I was rather rude to her. Have now blocked both numbers.

I did this small survey on Facebook to get a free bunnings voucher. It kept asking for my number, and stupidly I gave it.. And there were all these yes/no questions about phone line stuff. I think that's where these call are coming from..

I've received 2 calls in the last 2 days from this number - the first I was busy and had to hang up, the second was the next day at exactly the same time. Funny thing is they phoned my mobile, which is not with iprimus anyway. There was also a message left on my home phone to call them on a 1300 number for an update. When I asked what for, they won't tell me and said I needed to call a 1300 number to validate my personal details.....hmmm yeah right - this reaks of SCAM! I will be contacting iprimus myself today - not on the number they gave me - and report to them this number.....

iPrimus apparently - but I'm suss. Knew my name, and told me I had made an online enquiry about their services (I hadn't). I asked them to confirm the date and time I'd sent the online enquiry, they said they didn't know. When I continued (politely, I might add) to asked for the date and time of my enquiry, they hung up.
If it was proper telemarketing, they wouldn't claim a fake request, and wouldn't hang up due to a difficult question.

Its definitely IPrimus from their "marketing" team. Trying to upgrade/upsell or tell you about new things inthe market.

Just had a call from this number. The male asked for me by name and when I said that's who you're talking to he said the call will be recorded. I said that he was too scared to talk outside the box then I hung up. Iprimus, stuffed if I know why they called as we do not have an account with them. Also he rung me on my mobile!

Well if it IS iprimus, they need to teach their staff how to TALK when someone answers. Picked up the phone, said "Hello" and then nothing from their end for 60 seconds before they hung up. Plus my account isn't in arrears yet, so they have no reason to be calling. Would be nice if they'd tell me my bloody account password too, as the one we chose when I signed up does NOT WORK

I received a call today, didn't answer, no message was left. Came here to find out who called. Iprimus. I used their online callback service last night because i'm sick of paying 35 cents every time they stuff something up. I cancelled my service over 2 months ago, they even credited an overpayment, now they want to charge me again. But enough of that. Just letting people know the call back service is very open to exploitation as you don't need to login to use it.

I can confirm this is the iprimus accounts number. If you're in arrears you can expect a call from this number.
The thing I hate when they ring me is, the first thing they ask for is your name, then they ask YOU to confirm other personal details so THEY can confirm who they are talking to. FFS you rabg ME, you know who you're talking to. but they just don't get it. Can't expect me to just blurt out personal info to a stranger on the phone.
I usually tell them to F off then I log onto iprimus website & use the online chat service.

It is definitely iPrimus. They rang and the girl sounded Indian or Philipino (I can't tell the difference). I hung up on her, then rang the iPrimus call centre. Arrogant little sh*t called Ranjit or something refused to put me through to a supervisor. So I googled the name of a manager at iPrimus. Found lady by the name of Letitia Muriwai. Her direct number is (02) 8789 1952. Left a message for her a few moments ago, and expect a call back in the morning.
I suggest everyone having the same issue should contact Letitia directly. She is the "Customer Experience Manager" and will certainly reign in the dodgy callers.
Good luck everyone.
