Awful place to work. Lies and tricks and abuse of staff. Lots get pressured out the door and then not paid. Dodgiest people I've ever met. I've heard the double dip thing from a couple of people that were called. Seriously misleading figures on circulation. Total scum.

Ring them back and use the words consumer affairs

We cancelled our add and were told the the refund cheque would be in the mail tonight, that was a month ago. After informing the person on the phone that i would be contacting Consumer Affairs, there is another promise of the refund cheque in the mail tonight.
