Repeated calls and hang up - NAB products and services. When you try to call them back, you get a recorded message acknowledging who they are, saying they tried to call you and that they will at another time.

NAB - selling Credit Card Insurance. If I needed insurance, perhaps they shouldn't have given me such a high Credit Limit.....or maybe the insurance is for their benefit.

After numerous calls over many days and when I answered noone was there, I rang the number. A voice said that it was the NAB trying to contact me. I rang NAB and complained and they said they would look into it. However, the calls still continued and so eventually I rang the number again. This time a voice said I couldn't be connected, so obviously NAB had tried to do something about it. After more calls I decided to ring Telstra. A very lovely lady showed me how to put that number on my reject list so they cannot contact me again. I suggest other people still receiving these calls do the same.

every day I get calls from this number.. I answer (at work!) hear a music sound then I am transferred to a live person.. I put them on mute, then they hang up.. I am sick of telling them not to call. There is no way to stop them.. But they have now proven to me NEVER TO BANK WITH NAB!! in fact, I changed banks after the cold calling harassment I received years ago.. And they are STILL doing it. Wonderful way of losing customers.

Unfortunately this is becoming more and more common. Whenever this happens to me I just add the number to my automatic call reject list (Samsung phones offer this option) so the phone never rings - they just get put straight through to voicemail and they never leave a message - problem solved!

This number has called me about 30 times in the past month! I even called NAB directly to tell them to stop calling - but they keep calling! I finally answered tonight and the guy was trying to sell credit card insurance. I said I wasn't interested but he kept persisting! AWFUL customer service.

NAB again and again! Credit Card insurance! I don't even have a NAB account or even a credit card! Wish they would leave me alone, have already told them i don't have a credit card but every day call from the same number.... do i want insurance for my credit card. Might just take it out so i can get some peace!

These people call often and leave ridiculous messages like "Hello? Hello?" Clearly my phone has gone to voicemail, so why are they trying to have a conversation with it?!

They call my direct line work line everyday at the same time each day (around 2.45pm) and then hang up when I answer. Aint nobody got time for that!
